Family Support and Assistance Request

We are so sorry that you find yourself here. If you are caring for a child with a serious or life-limiting illness, or grieving the loss of a child, please know you are not alone. The Michael C. McHugh Memorial Foundation offers financial support for funeral, memorial, and other non-medical end-of-life expenses for families in New England.

Priority is given to families in the MetroWest region through the generous support of the Parmenter Foundation.

This form may be completed by parents, guardians, social workers, medical professionals, or community advocates. All information is confidential, and we will respond with compassion and urgency.
